Story - Khowabo Mein, Khayaloon Mein.

Khowabo Mein, Khayaloon Mein.

Synopsis:

This is a story of a man, around 30 years old, who is very educated, intelligent, smart, but he can't
say no to people, so many people take undue advantage of his straightforward ness. His friends come to
know this and try to change him, by putting him under some training one by one, but everyone fails, and
then a girl with whom he falls in love, changes him

Main Story:

Beginning during the names and titles we can have this title song:

Khowabo Mein , Khayaloon Mein,
Meri hai life chand sitaroon mein
Mujhe nahin lena dena kisse bhi
Aish karta hoon mein baharoon mein

A man, who is around 30 years old, is fair, handsome but non that smart, and also average in his work and job. Some singing and music talent, but is not street-smart[like this song: Sabh kuch seekha humne na seekhi hoshiyari] .Many people take undue advantage of him, but he has some very good set of friends who are his well-wishers. He is not bothered about the money, he is not money minded, non-materialistic. He enjoys with his friends, and being with them. In his own dream world sort of guy. He speaks not much with others, so many people think that he is stubborn, but he is not that way. He has never played any office politics and never indulged in any of it. He has never played games, but many have played games with him, but he still is not unhappy with them, as he has extreme faith in God.He likes to speak and help older people, so his many friends are like older people and they all cherish him for his sweet voiced bhajans that he sings on.

He is the one who cant say no to anyone. Any sales person who calls him, he tells yes and wastes his money. Any one who meets him and tells him to buy that thing, he purchases, and any one who comes to him and tells him anything and he agrees.

He is happy with his life, his money, his friends, his family.
But he is also a people's person. He likes to talk to people, make new friends, speak to everyone at office, and he is also keeps speaking to many people, so many people take him for granted.
That is his biggest drawback-which needs to be changed.
Anyways- today he gets his first salary,
So we have a song here that he and his friends sing for him

Paheli Tareekh hai, Salary ka din
Salary hai haath mein, ding dong ding ding
Zindagi hai yaar, bas do char din
Salary hai haath mein, ding dong ding ding

No kahna seekho No Kahena Seekho
Jo No mein hai, voh Yes mein nahin hai
Yes mein sab tere pheeche aayenge
Ek din No kaha to bhaag jayenge

Khaya piya kuch nahin, glass toda bara aana

Bhaya piya kabhi nahin, moh moda yaara jana

He has a set of 4 friends with whom he is very open, normal and smart. He thinks that they are his world. They also try to change him, but all their efforts were in vain.

So they plan and decide to approach some people, all smart, and from different backgrounds and hire them to change their friend. All the persons did their best to make him smart and teach him what is called as 'duniyadari', but they all fail.
They first approached,
1. The smart and the selfish salesman, who could fool anyone

Duniyadari duniyadari bata kya hai duniyadari

2. The smart but gay , who teaches him many funny things.

Mein ek gay hoon to kya hoova
Mujhe sab chirate hai toh kya hoova
Mujhe parvah nahin kisiki bhi yahan
Mein mast rahta hoon to kya hoova

2. The smart college going student who can patao any girl and take her for the date -

Ladkiyaa patoon, tujhe bhi sikhaoo, kaise pataee jati hai maal,
Tu hai handsome, good looking, acha hai tera halchal

But in between all this, there is one person, [Lady love] who emerges and comes in his life, who is his love, and he falls in love.

Sabse best sabse great, pyaar ki boli
Isko seekho baki sabko maro goli
jeevan hai sundar bolke yeh boli
Isko seekho baki sabko maro goli

3. The saint who would teach him ' what is life, ' self realization  -

Om Namah Shivaye
Hare Raam
Yeh duniya hai khel rab ka
Yeh duniya hai meil sab ka
Is mein chalo duniya ke saath
Yeh duniya hai veil kabka

4. The woman who is very modern, stuntbaaz who can manage any thing. - Kalki

5. The Yoga instructor who take her to do the world tour. - Shilpa Shetty

Aao karein yoga yoga
bhol ja baki sab, jo hoga so hoga

and she finally changes him and then they marry happily.

Yeh pyaar ki baatein bahut pyaari bahut sexy hai,
Baithke janam tumhari bahoon mein,
Kahete hai hum tumhare kanoon mein,
Yeh baatein pyaar ka bahut haseen bahut flexi hai.

Yeh pyaar jatana bahut normal bahut easy hai,
Yeh pyaar ki ghadiya bahut sust bahut lazy hai,

Yeh pyaar dil ko karta bahut kuch bahut cheezy hai
Yeh pyaar sabko banata bahut fast bahut busy hai.

Story in 5 parts

Here's a draft for the story in 5 parts, structured as a heartwarming journey of transformation for this innocent, kind-hearted man.

Title: Khowabo Mein, Khayaloon Mein

Genre: Drama, Friendship, Romance, Self-Discovery

Part 1: The Innocent Dreamer

In a bustling city, a 30-year-old man named Aarav leads a simple life. Handsome and fair, he lacks the street-smartness the modern world demands. With a golden voice and a pure heart, he spends his days fulfilling his duties at work, though he never excels. His friends—Ravi, Sameer, Pooja, and Rohan—cherish him dearly. Aarav lives in his own dreamy world, indifferent to wealth, status, or materialism.

Despite his innocence, people frequently take advantage of his trusting nature. He agrees to every request, often losing money to salesmen and unnecessary purchases. He never complains, believing life is guided by faith in God. Older people adore him for his bhajans, and he finds solace in their company. In contrast, his silence around colleagues makes them misinterpret him as stubborn.

Today, Aarav receives his first salary, a milestone that his friends celebrate with a cheerful song. While they love his kind-heartedness, they worry that his naïveté will hurt him in the long run. Determined to help, they devise a plan to make him understand duniyadari—the art of worldly wisdom.

Part 2: Lessons from the World

Ravi, Sameer, Pooja, and Rohan decide to enlist the help of experts from different walks of life. Their mission: to teach Aarav how to navigate the complexities of the world.

First, they approach a sharp and selfish salesman. Confident in his ability to outwit anyone, the salesman demonstrates tactics of persuasion and negotiation. But despite his efforts, Aarav remains unfazed. He listens intently, but his heart resists the idea of manipulation.

Next, they bring in a charismatic college student, renowned for his charm and ability to woo any girl. The student tries to teach Aarav confidence, clever conversation, and social tricks. Yet, Aarav remains his sincere self, unable to play along with insincere flattery or games.

His friends grow frustrated as each attempt to "fix" Aarav ends in failure. He remains pure, gentle, and unwavering in his beliefs.

Part 3: A Glimpse of Love

Amid these lessons, fate introduces Ishita, a graceful woman with a warm smile and an understanding heart. Aarav meets her by chance during one of his bhajan performances. Ishita is drawn to his simplicity and innocence. For the first time, Aarav’s heart flutters with a feeling he cannot describe.

Ishita becomes a regular presence in his life. Through conversations and shared moments, she appreciates his virtues but gently encourages him to protect himself from exploitation. Aarav feels a strange pull to change—not for the world, but for her.

His friends notice his transformation. While their efforts have failed, love has begun to ignite a subtle shift in Aarav’s heart.

Part 4: Seeking Wisdom

Realizing Aarav needs deeper self-awareness, his friends turn to a wise saint. The saint imparts lessons on self-realization and understanding one's place in the world. Aarav learns to balance kindness with self-respect. The teachings resonate, but his core innocence remains untouched.

Next, they bring a fearless modern woman named Kalki. Bold and confident, Kalki handles life’s challenges with ease. She teaches Aarav to assert himself, to say "no" when necessary. Aarav tries but struggles to abandon his innate generosity.

Lastly, a renowned yoga instructor, Shilpa Shetty, offers to broaden Aarav’s perspective with a world tour. As they travel, Aarav experiences diverse cultures, learns resilience, and gains new insights. Through it all, Ishita remains his anchor, guiding him gently with her love.

Part 5: A Balanced Heart

Upon returning, Aarav is changed—not by force, but by experience and love. He learns to cherish his innocence while protecting himself from harm. He now understands duniyadari without losing his essence. His friends see the transformation and rejoice, knowing their mission is complete.

Aarav proposes to Ishita, and they marry in a heartfelt ceremony, surrounded by his loyal friends and the older people he cherishes. As he sings a bhajan with his soulful voice, he embodies a perfect blend of innocence and wisdom.

Aarav has finally found his balance—a dreamer with his feet on the ground, guided by love, friendship, and faith.

Rohan: "But if we don’t act now, one day he’ll end up in serious trouble."

Pooja: "I agree. But what can we do?"

(They pause, deep in thought. Suddenly, Ravi’s eyes light up.)

Ravi: "Let’s bring in the experts."

Sameer: (raises an eyebrow) "Experts?"

Ravi: "People who can teach Aarav to be smart. Like a crash course in duniyadari."

Ravi: (to Vikram) "Teach him how not to fall for every sales pitch."

Vikram: "Leave it to me. Alright, Aarav, listen carefully. Rule number one: Never agree right away. Stall, question, doubt!"

Aarav: "But... isn’t that rude?"

Vikram: (laughs) "Rude? No, it’s smart. Watch and learn."

(Vikram pulls out a pen and role-plays as a customer.)

Vikram: "Imagine I’m a salesman trying to sell you this pen. ‘Sir, this is the best pen in the world! Only 500 rupees!’"

Aarav: (genuine) "Okay, I’ll take it."

(Ravi facepalms. Sameer groans.)

Vikram: "No, no! You’re supposed to ask: ‘Why should I buy it?’ or ‘Is there a discount?’"

Vikram: (sighs) "This is going to be harder than I thought."

Scene 3: Attempt #1 Fails – At the Office

(Aditya approaches a group of girls, flashes a smile.)

Aditya: "Hi, ladies! Mind if I join you?"

(The girls giggle and nod. Aditya turns to Aarav.)

Aditya: "Your turn. Go say something charming."

Aarav: (walks over nervously) "Uhh... Hi, um, do you need help with anything?"

(The girls look puzzled. Aarav smiles awkwardly and walks back.)

Aditya: (laughs) "Bro, you just offered customer service!"

Aarav: "But... maybe they needed help?"

Sameer: "We’re doomed."

Scene 5: Attempt #2 Fails – The Café

(Aarav, Ravi, Sameer, Pooja, and Rohan sit at their usual café.)

Ravi: "Well, that didn’t work."

Sameer: "Aarav’s still Aarav. Pure and unfiltered."

Pooja: (smiles) "Maybe that’s not such a bad thing."

Rohan: "Yeah, but we can’t give up yet. Who’s next?"

Ravi: (thinking) "How about someone who understands life on a deeper level?"

Pooja: "A saint?"

Ravi: "Exactly. Maybe some wisdom will help."

Sameer: (laughs) "From salesmen to saints – we’re really covering all bases."

(They all laugh. Aarav smiles, oblivious to their plan.)

(They all sit cross-legged on the ground.)

Ravi: "Swamiji, this is our friend Aarav. He’s too trusting, and the world keeps fooling him."

Sameer: "We want him to understand duniyadari. Can you help?"

Swami Ramdas: (nods) "The world is full of both light and shadows. Aarav must learn to recognize both."

Swami Ramdas: (to Aarav) "Beta, why do you trust so easily?"

Aarav: (softly) "Because I believe everyone has some good in them."

Swami Ramdas: "Trust is beautiful, but even Lord Rama knew when to draw boundaries."

(Aarav looks confused. Swami Ramdas picks up a small pot of water.)

Swami Ramdas: "This pot holds water, but if it has no lid, the water spills out. Your heart is like this pot. Trust is the water. You must learn to cover it sometimes."

Aarav: (thoughtful) "But... how will I know when to cover it?"

Swami Ramdas: "Wisdom and experience will teach you."

(Aarav nods. His friends look hopeful.)

Scene 2: Café – Discussing the Saint’s Advice

(Aarav and his friends sit at their usual table, reflecting on the meeting with Swami Ramdas.)

Ravi: "So, Aarav, did you understand what the Swami said?"

Aarav: "I think so. He said I should be careful, but... how do I know whom to trust?"

Sameer: "That’s the tricky part. Life teaches you."

Pooja: "We’re here to help you learn. Remember, it’s okay to say ‘no’ sometimes."

Aarav: (smiles) "I’ll try."

(A confident, stylish woman enters the café – Kalki Mehra, a modern, independent woman in her late 20s. She carries herself with authority and flair. She notices the group.)

Rohan: (whispering) "Here comes the next expert."

Ravi: (to Aarav) "Aarav, meet Kalki. She’s going to teach you how to handle tough situations."

Scene 3: Kalki’s Challenge

(Kalki sits at their table, sizing up Aarav.)

Kalki: (grinning) "So, you’re the one who can’t say no?"

Aarav: (nervous) "Umm... yes?"

Kalki: "See, that’s your first mistake. You need to say ‘no’ confidently."

Aarav: "But... what if they get hurt?"

Kalki: "And what if you get hurt? In this world, you need to protect yourself. Let’s try a simple exercise."

(Kalki leans forward, pretending to sell him a product.)

Kalki: "Hi, sir! This amazing deal is only for today. Sign up now!"

Aarav: (pauses) "Uhh... okay?"

Kalki: (facepalms) "No! Say ‘no, thank you’."

Aarav: (hesitant) "No... thank you?"

Kalki: "Good! Now, with confidence."

(She tries again.)

Kalki: "Sign up now!"

Aarav: (firmly) "No, thank you."

Kalki: (smiles) "See? You did it!"

(His friends cheer.)

Ravi: "Finally! Progress!"

Scene 4: Office – The Real Test

(Aarav sits at his desk. A pushy salesman calls.)

Salesman (on phone): "Sir, this is a limited-time offer. You must sign up now!"

(Aarav hesitates, then remembers Kalki’s advice.)

Aarav: (confidently) "No, thank you. I’m not interested."

(He hangs up and smiles to himself. Ravi overhears and gives a thumbs up.)

Ravi: "Atta boy, Aarav!"

(They both laugh.)

Scene 5: The Unexpected Love

(That evening, Aarav walks through the park alone, humming a bhajan. A young woman, Ananya, sits on a bench, sketching. Aarav’s voice catches her attention.)

Ananya: (looking up) "That’s a beautiful song."

Aarav: (startled) "Oh! Thank you."

Ananya: "You have a wonderful voice. Are you a singer?"

Aarav: (smiles shyly) "Not really. I just sing for peace."

Ananya: "I’m Ananya. I paint for peace."

(They share a smile. A soft breeze blows.)

Aarav: "I’m Aarav. Nice to meet you."

(They sit and talk, laughter and warmth in their conversation. The connection is instant.)

Ananya: (teasing) "You seem like someone who trusts too easily."

Aarav: (laughs) "I’m learning to be careful."

Ananya: "Good. But don’t lose that innocence. It’s rare."

(The sun sets as they continue talking.)

Scene 6: Friends Notice the Change

(The next day, Aarav’s friends watch him talking to Ananya in the café.)

Pooja: "Looks like Aarav found someone special."

Sameer: "Maybe love is the change he needed."

Ravi: "Or maybe it’ll teach him what we couldn’t."

(They smile, hopeful.)

End of Part 3

Aarav: (shrugs) "I have faith in God. And good friends."

Ananya: "But what about people who take advantage of your kindness?"

Aarav: (pauses) "I don’t know. I just believe everyone deserves kindness."

Ananya: (gently) "Kindness is beautiful, but sometimes you need to protect yourself. Like Swami Ramdas said, you need to know when to cover the pot."

(Aarav thinks for a moment.)

Aarav: "You sound like my friends."

Ananya: (laughs) "Maybe they’re right. Let’s try something. Imagine I’m asking you for something unreasonable."

Aarav: (curious) "Okay."

Ananya: (pretending to plead) "Aarav, can you give me all your savings to buy a new car?"

Aarav: (laughs) "But why do you need my money?"

Ananya: "Exactly! See? You questioned me. That’s a start."

(Aarav’s eyes light up with realization.)

Scene 2: Café – Friends Observe Aarav’s Change

Sameer: "Yeah, like he grew a backbone overnight."

Pooja: (smiles) "I think Ananya’s having a good influence."

(Aarav and Ananya approach the table.)
